1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested via phone or email. The eligibility for refund depends on the time of cancellation before the check-in date.

2. Refund Eligibility

✔ Refund Allowed

  • Cancellation made more than 7 days before check-in
  • Refund after deducting payment gateway charges

❌ No Refund

  • Cancellation within 7 days of check-in
  • No-show or failure to arrive
  • Early check-out after check-in

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Booking Modifications

  • Date changes are subject to availability
  • Price difference may apply
  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance

5. Force Majeure

The Bala Resort is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
